Victoria has been an incredible support in helping me navigate my anxiety. Her gentle guidance always felt kind; she helped me discover my own solutions, which gave me a real sense of control for the first time in a long while. Now, I feel empowered to use the techniques she taught me, and because of that, I’m sleeping better, feeling better, and finally able to manage the anxiety that once felt overwhelming. Observing Victoria work with my 9 year old son was wonderful. He had anxiety about getting to school, mostly due to the overwhelm he felt while he was there. Everything seemed like it was too much for him. Her calmness and kindness helped him understand why he was feeling like this - we loved the phrase ‘wonky thoughts’ - and she did it in such a child friendly way. Together they created his own toolbox, and to recognise what tool to take out when he needed it. He is happier and much more in control of his emotions.

Initially, I sought Victoria's help for weight loss, and I can honestly say it has changed my life. The sessions explored my toxic relationship with food, leading to positive steps toward gaining control. Victoria introduced me to many tools that not only addressed this issue but also prompted me to examine other aspects of my life. The process was fascinating and emotional at times, but I highly recommend Victoria.
